I am a doctoral candidate in political science at the CDSS. I hold a BA in political science with a minor in mathematics and an MA in political science from the University of Mannheim. During my master studies, I studied for one semester at New York University. Further, I worked as a student research assistant at the Chair of Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences at the University of Mannheim. Besides a general interest in quantitative methods, my research focuses mainly on comparative politics. More specifically, my research interests are local politics, governing coalitions, and electoral institutions.
